Inspection on Delivery

You may inspect your order while the courier is present to ensure it meets your expectations.

Exchanges are accepted only in the rare case of a defect or damage, reported at the time of delivery while the courier is present.

Due to the delicate nature of our pieces and limited production, Naélle does not offer returns or refunds.
